noob player trying to be competitive - how to settle villages

so I have 3 villages so far 4-4-4-6. two of us are far from the spawn, to farm oasis with hero.

And now I am chiefing a 15c village near my spawn village.

I want to build offense. I am in a decent confederacy and all of my villages seem safe.

I am a bit lost about village planning.

1-I want to spend as less gold as possible even tho I am capturing 15c right now. Whats the optimal build here to minimize gold usage?

2-What kind of village build planning you would recommend for my case? Like I said I have 2 distant villages for oasis farming and how should I use them? What to do with my spawn? What to do after capturing 15c as 4. village and where to settle my 5.?

I am open for any kind of advice and even for dualing if somebody wants to 'coach' me in the server.
