1:1 tutoring available on campus?

Hello I am a prospective student & wondering if the tutoring 1:1 I saw on the website is actually available, meaning it won’t be always fully booked , does anyone have any experience with it ? I am someone who benefits from tutors immensely and in highschool go 3-4times a week for 1.5 hours each time, so I’d like something similar to that at the U
