Looking for feedback on Highway

I'm starting a new freight brokerage with my brother (who's been OTR driving for the past 9 years). We're considering Highway as an onboarding/vetting tool but I've seen a lot of negative posts in the past. In particular, there have been a lot of negative posts from carriers..some of which refused to work with brokers using Highway. Just wondering if any carriers out there would be willing to share thoughts and experiences. thanks in advance!
