Need desperate help now!I don’t know what to do

To keep the story short I came out to my parents once got therapy to help, today I texted them again “coming out again” and It didn’t go good, my mom said this isn’t something I do after a year, I’ve been thinking of this for more than a year, just never said anything,she also said I’ve never displayed any female tendencies, which I get but almost everyone I knew or am friends with thought I was gay🤷‍♀️.

I’m staying with someone else tonight but I just don’t know what to do. Im on the verge of tears please help
