Where do you buy the cups that are refillable for $1.69

I can only ever find the freestyle cups or the large ridiculous souvenir minion cups.

I am looking for the basic 8.99 cup that I read about online. Last time we went we couldn't find them

Also can you buy them online. I was wondering so I can at least wash them at home first
