You will have one bedroom and one bathroom to yourself.
The living room and kitchen will be shared with another roommate.

-Super close to campus (right across from Snyder Hall)
-Rent: ~$991/month (This is an individual monthly payment and does not include utility fees or rental insurance.)
-Deposit $250
-There might be application fee via portal (about $100)
It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to downtown or other department buildings. Honestly, it would be hard to find a larger room on campus at this price, especially fully furnished.
If you're a business student, it’s just a 2-3 minute walk to the business school from here.
