Breast ultrasound 3 images

Just did a breast ultrasound. It says im a level 4 and need follow up.

Im 35. 2 kids.

Heterogeneous background echotexture.

There is a 3 x 3 x 3 mm hypoechoic cyst versus solid mass in the left breast at the 3 o'clock position 3 cm from the nipple posterior depth. The finding is taller than wide. Margins are partially circumscribed and partially indistinct and angular. No internal color Doppler flow. Small amount of posterior acoustic shadowing.

I have my diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound tomorrow. Just want to get an idea of what they are potentially seeing in these scans. Thanks for any insight/feedback.
