Gel to e tablets with prog

Was doing fine with estrogel and cypro and boobs hurt as I had a growth spurt that left me at an A cup. But I’d been told blocker injections were better so I changed to 6mg estradiol sublingual tablet and 3 month injections of prostrap (leuprorelyn) and growth stopped so I haven’t had any more development.. i started prog at the same time and haven’t had any development since.

Is gel more bioavailable than sublingual tablets? Shall I change back? Has anyone else changed HRT back to what it was before starting P?
