LRP, Middle Pillar, and knowing when to invoke

Is doing the LBRP & MP enough to offset any feeling of being “unbalanced” from excessive banishing?

Following the curriculum in Learning Ritual Magic, by John Michael Greer and about 75-80% through and it’s a great resource and well structured.

Standard practices of having been doing the LBRP and MP for the last 5-6 months. The invoking version of the LRP isn’t given until some of the inner plane working sessions towards the end, and I’m curious if it would be alright to start invoking in the morning (LIRP & MP) and doing the LBRP solely in the evenings.

I’ve read some people’s complaints of feeling a little “flat” or loss of passion even with the LBRP + MP combo, while others being fine. I believe I’ve read a comment from Mr Greer saying that the Middle Pillar is enough of a balance as it’s a form of invocation which makes sense, and I do feel great/energized after doing it.

Would be great to hear from anyone who are months or longer into doing this combo of rituals, and whether you’ve done the invoking version yet. Cheers to anyone who read through this long winded ADHDish post.
