Does anyone remembers this parody?

I remember that a long time ago, around 2010 or thereabouts, I saw a parody of Barbie, where I only remember the image of a white man with two pigtails, he had flattened features. He came out smiling, looking intently at the camera, the shot was from the chest up, very close. I don't remember if he sang the Barbie song or not. I don't know if I saw it on TV or YT but please someone help me find it.
