Extremely anxious whenever I see rain on the forecast

We had a bit of a problem with a leak on one of our outside walls.

We own the apartment but since it's a new apartment it still is the builders obligation to fix the leak.

They have been very, and I mean VERY slow in fixing the problem.

I can not explain in words the anxiety I feel everytime I see rain on the forecast, I study the wind direction to see if it will rain directly on that wall or not, and check constantly if the wet part started to appear.

It's 00:00 now, it's raining heavily and I can not fall asleep.

I hate this.
