is it possible to continuously fail a sac?

i mean in a way that is the first sac is failed, and all the other redemption tasks

one of my friends is worried about an upcoming legal sac, and she's concerned that if she fails the sac itself, she'll also fail the redemption tasks. would there end up being a point where the teachers just give her an N or what?
