withdrawal??

ive been taking 30 mg XR daily for the past month or so. I didn’t take my dose yesterday because i wasn’t feeling well and i didn’t take it today either (didn’t feel the need) but as the day has gone on i’m noticing intense amplified anxiety, hot flashes and sort of like im having one long, mild-ish panic attack. Could this be withdrawal?? i’ve been taking my adderall for about 8 months and didn’t start taking it daily until january
