Stuck between bronze and silver

Hello everyone, I am a support player that started playing the game recently, I would say that I’ve been playing for almost 4-5 seasons, I was stuck in bronze for 3 seasons and I managed to reach silver 5 on support role q and open q this season, but for some reason, I can’t seem to rank up? It’s almost like every time the game puts me in silver I manage to lose every game, does this mean im doomed to just stay in bronze?

I’m just so tired of losing when I finally get to silver too, I was wondering if I could get any tips that would help me at least stay in silver.
