Is the big city greens verse the weakest cartoon verse?

like seriously there are 0 feats that make big city greens above human level. and everyone in the verse are just regular ass humans with 0 abiltiies or powers. (ironically its one of the only verses in cartoons to be human level) so what do you guys think?
