Looking for Advice

Hey r/emergencymedicine, I’m looking for some post-residency advice. I fortunately am going to finish residency with 0 debt and was wondering how to best maximize on this as I look into community jobs. How would you approach this? Would you hire a financial advisor? Have you heard of alternative compensation that certain jobs that usually would offer assistance in student loan repayment? Any extra advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you 🙏🏼
