Looking fir accommodation

Hey everyone,

I’m a male student moving to Chemnitz soon to start at TU Chemnitz and I’m currently looking for a room or a small apartment. I’d prefer something close to the Reichenhainer Straße campus or in the Bernsdorf area so I can walk or bike to class easily.

A bit about me:

• Status: Student at TUC

• Move-in date: 20/03/2026

• Preferences: Looking for a single apartment or a room in a shared flat (WG). I'm generally quiet, tidy, and easy-going.

What I'm looking for:

• Budget: Up to [Insert your budget, e.g., €300 - €400] Warmmiete.

• Location: Bernsdorf, Lutherviertel, or Altchemnitz preferred.

• Duration: Long-term.

If anyone has a lead on a room, is looking for a roommate, or can recommend a reliable local landlord (besides the usual Studentenwerk/GGG), I’d really appreciate the help!
