I just got my account permanently limited

I’m not exactly sure why, but my PayPal account was permanently limited after I submitted them my IS proving that it was indeed mine. It was closed under “After a review, we found unusual activity on this account that we can't support”, which to me, is pretty vague.

One other possibility I could possibly think of is that I created my account when I was underage, and they found out when I submitted them ID whenI turned 18, though when I contacted support, they weren’t specific on the details, and when prompted with the question of if I’m able to create a new account, they told me it was inadvisable and out of the question. Tips? I know you’re able to make a new account when they close your old one for being underage at the time of signing up, but I don’t know.
