I need genuine help and advice because this thing is annoying me. I’ve had this one friend for as long as I remember and she’s kind and sweet and helpful and ever since I have known her I’d strike up conversations and talk normally. Fast forward now we’re in a trio and I love them so much but I just don’t know how to talk to this one friend, I don’t hate her and we didn’t fight or anything but I just don’t know how to speak to her. EVERYTIME I do I feel idk weird and I can’t maintain eye contact like I feel like the elephant in the room.I’m a awkward and shy person by nature but I don’t know what to fix within me. I feel like a bitch because I don’t wanna send her the wrong signals
