Hey Guys any tip for first boss of chapter 6 (im not patient and it's maybe the Problem)

just killed angry tomato and i was very happy. but i saw this HandGel!

his attack are very hard to dodge and i start to think that Angry tomato wasen't that hard finally...

so?... any tip?
