Updating details on PKK Profile

Hi, I have received my PKK profile and I realised they have swapped my first name and last name and also put a typo in my email address. Do I need to go again to the city hall to get it updated or can I do it online? And also if I need to go do I need to do the whole process again or I can just carry some ID proof to get it corrected?
