Do Maltese people tend to avoid dating foreigners, especially people with darker skin?

I’m not referring specifically to Indians or Pakistanis (much respect to them), but I’m just curious in general.

I understand that Malta has a very high number of foreigners, so I’m wondering if this affects dating preferences or social dynamics
