What to do if someone uses trauma against you?

I currently live with my family, but I’ve been crying all the time because my abuser (who still lives with me) is currently pregnant which is incredibly triggering.

TW: Sexual assault

My abuser sexually assaulted me in the same bed as my father. He wasn’t asleep but was on his phone. I’m not sure if he entirely noticed, but ever since he has been making sexual comments towards me. This really triggers me and I’m not sure what I can do. Can anyone please help me? I might get a full ride to SFSU so let’s hope that happens since it’s far away.
