A bill from FedEx

I have been ordering from filler house for years. I switched to Meamo but decided to go back to filler house for Innotox. I got my latest delivery a month ago and today I got a bill for $62 from FedEx. I called them and they said it’s for duty and taxes? Has this happened to anyone else? I reached out to Fillerhouse but I think they are closed for the New Year Holiday.
