Is it possible to get a tattoo on a strawberry skin?

Sorry in advance for the possible spelling mistakes, English is not my first language.

I never had a tattoo but I plan to. Unfortunately, I have strawberry skin (keratosis pilaris) on the outer part of my arms, so it gives me these little bumps that I think could affect the tattooing part or even the healing process.

I've read that it's possible to tattoo on it, even some people with KP said that it didn't affect anything, some got a full sleeve that healed perfectly.

Is it harder to tattoo on it though? Can some artists tell me their experience tattooing on a skin with KP, how their clients' tattoos healed? Thanks in advance :)
