Question about comment in urinalysis results

I (39F) had a very recent routine urinalysis done and there's a comment in my results that has me a bit flummoxed. Under Bilirubin a comment was entered: "Positive if liver dysfunction is suspected, serum hepatic function panel is recommended." Aside from bilirubin, only ketones, and bacteria levels were out of range. Any help in understanding this is appreciated.
