Bupropion and recreational drugs

Hi i have been on bupropion 75 mg for a few weeks now and i was wondering if i could take 3mmc. I did mdma about a week and a half ago and got severe hallucinations (involving spiders) which i have never had before. to be fair it was a really high dosage (if i remember correctly 5 and a half pills and i do not remember taking that much but i knew how much i had before)
