Screen goes black/blank when enter and exiting fullscreen videos on Youtube. PIP is also affected

Lately I experience that my monitor goes black/blank when enter and exiting full screen videos on YouTube. PIP is also affected. I have tried to disable any plugins that could affect it, but no change. Anyone else experience this?
