Home buying with BILT?

planning to buy a home this year and saw that BILT offers broker/lender service and if you use them you get points. my question is if I want to refi into the bilt lender do I still get the points ? I’m planning on buying a new build and they often require/prefer you use their own lender with some benefits but I want to refi right after I get their benefits into the bilt broker but not sure if I will get the points that way.
