Looking for recommendations for shirt stays

trying to look less like a slob and im noticing that my button down shirts never stay tucked in. I find myself constantly adjusting them back into my pants. looked into what I can do to keep them tucked in while im moving around and shirt stays seem to be the answer. problem is there are different types of stays. the garter type seems to be the one that will work the best but I wanted to hear what men over 30 recommend
