any begginer jumping ropes for around 20 dollars

i just broke my 3 dollars jumping rope because i smashed it put of anger. i constantly hit my feet with it after 10 jumps and i could'nt get consistent. i started jumping rope and yesterday was my first day of 1000 jumps after 30 minutes. but now i have no rope so i just want to get a better one. any recommendations. also would like to come to me in a few days. i live in romania so no amazon. thanks
