Picking up other people’s emotions?

I’m a baby witch, pretty new to witchcraft and tarot, but since I started doing spiritual practices I feel like I have started picking more energies?

I have been feeling a lingering sense of anxiety and like a weird ache in my chest but I know it’s not mine, I haven’t done any tarot reading for anyone else recently that I didn’t like cleanse out or didn’t salt protect from, what could it be?

I am sure that is not my feelings cuz I’m doing ok mentally and infact I have been busy with the cleaning and all for Chinese new year so I’m not bothered by anything to have such mental aches.

There is this person that I have been in no contact for a while with, I’m afraid it could be their energies that I’m picking up? Cuz I don’t remember anyone else’s energy that I could be picking up? I’m not sure tho?
