What areas are New Grads finding no trouble securing a new grad position?

Hi!! I know for much of the west coast it seems that a lot of new grads are having a hard time securing a position after graduation. I am open to relocating to another state, I’m just not sure what areas and hospital systems to look into that are new grad friendly? TIA!!
