SEL Premium Hybrid FWD Pricing

How much are you guys paying OTD for the Palisade Hybrid SEL Premium? My dealer is quoting me $51.6k OTD in Texas (6.25% Sales Tax). The MSRP is $50,370 with around $1k in accessories (floor mats, cargo tray, cross rails and illuminated side stickers). Is this a good deal? Around $2k off sticker from what I see.
