7 year old pinches his collar bone to self sooth

My son is pretty relaxed but he has this habit of pinching the skin on his one collar bone when he’s nervous/told off or sometime just in thought. He also grinds his teeth terribly. I’m worried he’s quietly anxious as these seem to be hidden stress responses? Any thoughts?
