Things I learned about UPT:

They will send u a email when it reaches -2hrs which you must reply to with in 48 hrs. The system does not seem to flag UPT till its -2hrs. But once u recieve that email u wanna get to positive ASAP “Was x reason pls gib next week to make up.”

Tho looking back even tho I mostly had negative UPT working there over the course of 3 years(full time student/work) I was almost always like a hr late 😭 managers probs kept me around cause once there I lock in and work hard was good with almost all positions in building but mostly went outside during the coldest days/hottest days to get carts probs the reason why they did not fire me REMEMBER U MUST REPLY TO THAT EMAIL OR THEY WILLL FIRE U but they are very forgiving if u explain and ask to recover UPT now to internships….ty amazon for dealing with me and paying for my education 🙏
