Mediated brightening cream legit to reduce tan and overall brightening

So I have fair (white )skin but my face skin got tanned and coz my skin is really sensitive to sun and now it looks so dull and my dermat recommended me moisturizer and adapelene and sunscreen just these 3 things it makes my skin barrier smooth but doesn't reduce tanning so please suggest me good and effective brightening creams I started using ethiglo but my skin barrier got damaged coz of that got pimples as well I don't know I should continue it or not maybe I'll not so recommend good ones kindly🤧
