Baby is all the day on the breast almost no naps

My baby is 7 weeks old and she breastfeeds almost continuously for many hours, and she doesn’t take any proper naps during that time. I feel trapped and exhausted. I’m not sure if she is actually hungry the whole time or just comfort sucking because she’s overtired and can’t sleep. Is this normal at this age, and how can I help her nap better and reduce the constant feeding ?
