Will this ai receptionist stuff really work?

Currently doing a little sales side hustle haven’t started it yet but basically doing this commission only side job where I’m basically trying to get dental companies and other big corporations to start using our ai receptionist software that will make sure they never miss a call, it’s actually a pretty good one, working with some software engineers and programmers but I’m still new to this sales stuff and talking to ceos is kinda daunting I feel like a small fish talking to sharks, and it’s like why would a million dollar company listen to me?

Idk am I wasting my time? I know Reddit can be quite pessimistic sometimes so please try to answer this open mindedly if you can, I’m not asking you tell me what I want to hear but just not write it off to quick, genuinely want to now if I’m wasting my time
