Gnome Shell Extension for OCR screenshots

One thing I love about my Google pixel, is the ability to "screenshot" text and have that text copied to the clipboard. In Gnome, I don't have that, and I found myself screenshoting numbers or text, just to paste the image into an AI, and asking it to transcribe the text so that I could ultimately paste it where needed.

To solve this, I created my first Gnome Shell extension - it modifies the usual Gnome screenshot by passing the resultant image through tesseract OCR, and then copies the text to the clipboard. That way, even non-selectable on-screen text can be easily copied to the clipboard.

Hopefully someone else here finds this useful! Suggestions welcome.
