What is the best way to limit test a role or champion?
Now this is strictly in draft as you really shouldn't be limit testing in ranked but I'm curious on if there's set scenarios you should limit test if you want to speed run champion mastery.
Assuming you learn from each death, dying more or not caring about deaths in my opinion is a good way to test the limits of a champion and the limits of what you can and can't do.
I think ranked is the best place to learn about the game and learn about macro as in a good game you'll have 5 people playing to win.
whereas draft is the best place to learn mechanics. If you're behind in ranked and someone else on your team is carrying, you should just play safe and let them carry the game but you don't really learn through playing safe.
So assuming you've never touched jungle, or top, or bot, or mid better etc? or you've never touched a certain champion and you want to speed run your learning experience, how would you personally go about it?
For example if I wanted to limit test Mundo as a champ I'd suggest you practice aggressive pushing. Split pushing is a big part of his identity. Learn how quickly you destroy towers with different builds and at different points in the game. I'd also practice over staying as Mundo is one of the few champs that can actually survive a 3-4 person gank.
In terms of limit testing top as an example, I'd practe aggressive proxys. If you proxy properly it can give you a massive advantage but if you do it poorly you'll just end up inting. You'll only get good through practice though.
What other places are good to limit test for quicker learning and champ mastery?
