Get Running Total of a Table on Multiple Criteria

I have a Calculated Column that keeps running out of memory when trying to calculate the running total of the table based on two different criteria. If I remove one of the criteria it runs fine.

Is there an easier way to calculate the running forecasted daily depletions with the same item and the posting week day less than the current row being calculated?
