Anyone else have a problem being shy?

I kind of like this girl, and i’m super shy to her. I can barely even say hi to her or keep eye contact. And this isn’t really a problem with me. I’m an outgoing person that talks to a lot of people. Why must i be so timid with her?!!? Urghhh
