just got into ufc, what fights should i watch first?

only started following ufc recently
pretty sure i’ve missed a ton of classic fights. if you had to recommend a few must-watch ones for someone new, what would they be?
doesn’t have to be title fights. just the ones that made you go “yeah ok this sport is insane.
