[Acne] Derm fucked my shit UP!!!!

Went to a derm for the first time, got put on an oral antibiotic, a topical antibiotic, benzyl peroxide, AND tret all at the same time. its been 3 months and im pretty sure I have a whole body yeast infection now from the antibiotics. I have acne on my chest, shoulders, back, even my LEGS somehow. My acne got better at first, and now it seems so much worse!! Is there anything to expect her to put me on to treat this? I'm using clotrimazole OTC cream in the mean time. I have NEVER had it this bad, especially full body. My issues are cystic + hormonal. Everything itches lol. The worst part is, she's my boss' wife, who I see every day, so I am dreading showing her my chest
