Any places that do custom embroidery?

I got some hoodies made that already have some embroidery done but I want to do a design on the back now. Since I would be providing my own clothing, are there any places that do this? Also, no opposed to screen printing either, but I want a good quality place that does it. I've gotten some custom hoodies done at the mall but they fade/break too easy. Just looking for some good recommendations! Thanks in advance :)
