2022 Subaru Crosstrek Premium with only 15,000km -- Too good to be true?

Spotted a 2022 Crosstrek Premium trim with only 15,000 km on it listed for a similar price as other ones of the same year/trim, but which have like 75,000+ on them. There's some scratches on the bumper, but no other signs of issues. Carfax is clean. No service history but no one in my area seems to report that.

A yearly average of ~4,000km seems highly unlikely. Makes me concerned it sat unused for a stretch of time.

They claim elderly owner. It was traded in, and this is an off-brand dealership, not Subaru.

Am I crazy, or does something sound fishy? I suppose it's plausible that an elderly owner might have only driven it to the store and back or something.

Are there any clues I can look for for signs there's a problem I'm unaware of here? Planning to get a PPI, but would rather not hassle with that at all if there are red flags I'm not seeing.
