Will my cupcakes stay fresh until Saturday?

I'm baking cupcakes for a bridal shower, im pretty new to baking so I want to know if I make them today (monday) if they will still stay fresh and taste good saturday for the bridal shower. They would be plain un iced cupcakes because they will be decorated at the shower.
