Screen flicker on Nintendo switch release

Is anyone else getting intense flicker effects in the UI in the switch version? I thought it might be a crt like filter or something but couldn’t find anything in the settings about it. It’s really straining on my eyes and gives me headaches. If anyone knows how to disable that effect I would be massively grateful if someone could help me with that! I checked other games on my switch and no other ones are affected.
