Replace my furnace or replaceme the motor?

Hi. I can’t seem to decide wether I will replace my 22 year old furnace or change the motor. Someone came to fix it since everything was reinstalled backwards per the technician. He then states that the motor needs to be replace. The replacement of the whole furnace is $3200 while motor replacement is $875.
